A Happy Happenstance

Call it fate, destiny or kismet.  No matter how you look at it – it worked out really really well.

My previous blog entry spoke of my romp through my extended neighbourhood, handing out Grand Opening flyers.  On my travels I came across a home festooned in birthday party paraphernalia.  With a grin, I searched for a mailbox but found none.  Almost turning around to leave without delivering the flyer, I decided to roll it up and thread it through the front door handle.

The next day I answered a phone call from the occupant of said home.  Low and behold, her go-to photographer was away on vacation and she was in immediate need for someone to take pictures at an event in 5 days!

Meant to be?  I think so.

Sandy and her family were the first to take advantage of the Grand Opening Neighbourhood Special.  They will receive a complimentary print as a thank you gift.

And I’ll just call the whole thing good luck.

Consider a family portrait session in the Stone House Studio or in the comforts of your own home!
